As part of the SMART SERVICES offered by Pulsar Engineering, we offer the possibility for all customers, free of charge, to access the technical and project documentation of the lines and machines installed.
The service is provided by accessing a reserved area specific for each customer in our Cloud servers, where once logged in, users can have access to the following documentation:
• Instruction manuals
• Wiring diagrams
• Listed SW and SW updated copies
• Final installation layouts
• Certifications and formal documents, including test certificates and acceptance protocols
• Device calibration forms and recipes
• Spare parts documentation
Furthermore, for the activities in progress, the following documents may be accessible and consulted:
• Specifications of purchased product
• Completion states of implementation plans
• Detailed documents generated throughout the production, such as design reviews, punch lists, checklists
