Realignment Units for packaged rolls

To optimize the advancement of packaged rolls, typically single or double toilet roll packages and single kitchen roll package from the exit of the wrapper to the downstream machine, it may be necessary to provide proper reorientation of the pack.

Pulsar Engineering has patented the Realignment Unit for Packaged Rolls, that is made up of two side-by-side chain paths that, acting at different speeds, give a 90° rotation with respect to the direction of travel to the packaged roll. The unit, under optimal conditions, can guarantee a rotation of up to 200 packs per minute.

The unit can also work as by-pass, thus functioning as a simple conveyor.
