Packs Rotating Upending Units

To optimize timing and floor space, as well as to ensure proper product orientation, Pulsar Engineering is able to provide its customers with a pack-rotating/upeder unit, a group able of imparting a dual movement to the pack with a single handling unit positioned at the exit of the wrapper, before the bundler, saving space, cost and energy.

Thanks to this unit, it is possible giving two 90° rotations to the product on different axes, in sequence: the first rotation occurs around a vertical axis, the second around a horizontal axis parallel to the conveying direction.

The two sections of the assembly, the pack-rotating unit and the pack upender unit, can be easily placed in the by-pass position independently, suspending either one or both functions of the group.
