MDP - Machine Packs Diverter

The Packs Diverter Machine (MDP), patented by Pulsar Engineering, has been designed to feed a multi-lane machine like case-packer, bundlers etc.  The infeed conveyors take the packs arriving from the upender conveyors and take them to the diverter, which divides and sorts the packs into multiple lanes.

The pack diverter machine can sort single indexed products, conveying one product at a time to the various outfeed lanes or can sort product logs, conveying a determined number of products on each launch to the various outfeed lanes.

Depending on the pack format, the outfeed sorting lanes may vary from 2 to 10.
