Bundles Rotating Units
Where an easy rotation of the bag is required on the production line, typically at the exit of a bundler machine, Pulsar Engineering provides its customers with bundles rotating units. These devices are specifically engineered to rotate the product 90° around a vertical axis.
The bag turner unit is typically used:
- At the outfeed of a bundler machines, to orient the product for feeding the downstream machine.
- With predominantly transverse development;
- Aligning the larger dimension with the conveying direction.
The unit can be provided also in the fixed roller version, that can reach the production of about 20 bundles per minute (based on the dimension of the bundles) and that can absorb all of the production of the upstream bundles.
The lifting and lowering version allows operators to walk through the line by manually lifting the device.
