Pulsar Engineering has developed complete systems for managing a wide range of products across industries such as food & beverage, tobacco manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals, handling numerous packaging and wrapping processes.
Examples of our projects include: systems for conveying cigarette packs, with orientation and transfer mechanisms capable of processing 500-600 packs per minute; blister lines (600 units per minute) with automatic product inspection and waste removal, inkjet marker synchronization; lines for bottles in sterile environments; packaging lines for cartons and Flow Pack systems for product orientation, preparation, and dosing.
We place great emphasis on the management and control systems of our production lines, offering customized software for seamless data connectivity between PLCs and PCs, as well as the integration of multiple machines with mechanical or electronic systems. Our services include the supervision and analysis of production data, collection of historical data for tracking production losses, and remote monitoring of plants via internal technical support.
