Pulsar offers a comprehensive range of services, including engineering and analysis activities for the development of complete plants and efficiency upgrades of existing production lines. These services span from layout design to process optimization, leveraging over 35 years of experience and thousands of projects with leading tissue manufacturers worldwide.

Our preliminary process and flow analysis allows us to identify and correct any anomalies or critical issues at the design stage. This approach optimizes both the operational and compositional characteristics of the lines and their layout, thereby enhancing production flow, space utilization, and the movement of people and goods.

With our Plant Layout Simulator, we create a “digital twin” of a customized production line. This tool enables us to test various configurations, processing machines, products, and common production events. By predicting the actual behaviors and performance of an operating line, we facilitate proper engineering and production, achieve higher Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and minimize testing and calibration steps during commissioning, ultimately reducing costs and time requirements.

Our team of highly qualified specialists conducts an in-depth project analysis and provides customers with a targeted proposal. This proposal includes a technical description of the scope of supply, a 3D layout, a list of achievable performances, and a detailed analysis of plant operations.
