Components
The Pulsar Research and Development team, in order to improve the performance of the proposed solutions, has developed a new generation of components, from the chains to the drive units and to the slide rails, which guarantee more performing and innovative solutions than the previous ones.
Our components are:
- 10% less noisy than previous chains generations.
- More performing, all the components have been designed to work in an environment with large quantities of dust type Tad without maintenance.*
- More resistant to wear, guaranteed up to 7 years.**
- Faster maintenance with facilitated chain opening, with a new patent.
- Easier to recognize, a color for each mechanical feature.
- More sustainable: Pulsar Engineering has developed a process for the recovery and reuse of plastics for all our customers. We collect our used components free of charge and give new life to the noble materials of the chains that are transformed into other objects that will return to the production cycle for other industrial applications.

To make our components more sustainable, we have developed a process for the recovery and reuse of plastics for all our customers. We collect our used components free of charge and give new life to the noble materials of the chains that are transformed into other objects that will return to the production cycle for other industrial applications.
- We collect used chains supplied by us for free.
- The chains are washed in a special non-polluting bath.
- The material is drawn and reground.
- The product obtained is ready for new applications.
