In the Food and Beverages industry, Pulsar Engineering has developed several solutions for its clients over the years.
- For the coffee industry systems have been designed and built for the conveying of packs, bundles, and cans as well as alpine accumulation conveyor for coffee packets, as well as conveyor lines for coffee pods in godets;
- Stock cubes conveying and upending lines, from the wrapping machine to the cartoner, the main requirement was to have the products arrive rotated 180° and maintain complete accessibility for maintenance;
- Ice creams conveyor lines from the refrigerator to the packaging machine;
- Wine bricks conveyor lines in two different areas: the first one handles the connection between the brick forming/filling machines and the capping machines, and a second area that connects the capping machines to the packaging and boxing islands;
- Packaged snack cakes conveyor lines, empty and full cardboard trays.
Each of the lines created has been specifically designed to ensure maximum efficiency, the highest product quality at the output, with a focus on the ergonomics of the operator.
Furthermore, each line is equipped with control and management systems, capable of viewing the production history of the machines in the line, to quantify how much production, both partial and total, has been achieved within a specific time period.
