PLS – Plant Layout Simulator
PLS – Plant Layout Simulator is a software from Pulsar Engineering that allows you to analyze and simulate a plant’s operation, layout and machines to verify its production flow and identify bottlenecks.
It is a service specially created by the Pulsar Engineering team to support tissue companies who wish to analyze and improve the efficiency of their plant by comparing the main process machines on the market, simulating their production capacity and obtaining in real time the exact size of the investment targeted to specific needs.
Who it is addressed to:
- To those who are confronted daily with the study, analysis and proposal of layouts, from the simplest to the most complex;
- To manufacturers of machines and systems in the packaging and tissue sectors who want to make their plants more efficient;
- To companies that want to build new lines and new plants.
The results of the calculation are overall line availability and production loss related to downtime. PLS performs all necessary calculations to be able to analyze and evaluate, based on machine settings, all possible plant combinations.
The data derived can be compared and sorted into reports.
